Entrepreneurial and Innovative Mindset

An interactive workshop designed for employees of Raiffeisen Bank, aiming to develop their entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. Through carefully selected techniques and hands-on exercises, the workshop provided a framework for the analysis, evaluation, and realisation of business ideas in a dynamic environment.

Goals

The “Entrepreneurial and Innovative Mindset” workshop equipped participants with effective methodologies and tools for analysing and developing business ideas, while encouraging their capacity for innovation and proactive thinking. It created a practical learning environment where participants applied newly gained knowledge through exercises, simulations, and case studies based on real-world business challenges.

Key objectives of the programme:
  • To develop skills in analysing and evaluating business ideas using the Business Idea Mandala method
  • To stimulate creative thinking and the ability to innovate within a corporate context
  • To promote a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • To expose participants to real-life case studies and successful business models
  • To improve collaboration and the exchange of ideas among participants

Target group:
This workshop was tailored for managers, experts, and professionals from various departments within Raiffeisen Bank who sought to enhance their entrepreneurial and innovative mindset. The programme was especially beneficial for employees participating in internal talent development programmes, as well as teams involved in the creation of new products and services.

Design

The workshop was structured into several interactive modules, combining theory and practice for maximum impact.

The format included:
  • Business idea assessment – analysing the potential of ideas using the Business Idea Mandala
  • Entrepreneurial and innovative thinking – self-awareness and reflection exercises designed to expand one’s comfort zone
  • Practical simulations – The Start-Up Puzzle, a gamified business case based on real market challenges
  • Teamwork – developing and presenting concrete solutions and ideas
  • LEGO® Serious Play® sessions – a method for thinking, communication and problem-solving through the construction of models representing strategic choices and business challenges

Results

Participants in the workshop achieved:

  • Tools to test and validate ideas using structured methodologies
