Goals

The primary goal of the workshop was to unlock the potential for collaboration among the various HR functions at Paysafe in Bulgaria, strengthening their shared identity and establishing practical steps towards a new level of collaboration.

Key focus of the workshop:
  • Establishing shared guiding principles for working that enhance collective effectiveness.
  • Strengthening collaboration – identifying key roles and connections among participants across the different HR departments.
  • Developing an action plan with realistic steps to improve collaboration and communication.

Target audience:
The workshop was designed for all members of the HR function at Paysafe in Bulgaria. The target group included HR business partners, HR administrators, recruitment specialists, and learning and development experts. These teams work together towards a shared contribution to the organisation, integrating their unique roles and responsibilities.

Design

The design of the workshop included interactive modules and structured tasks based on LEGO® Serious Play®, aimed at stimulating deep awareness and creativity among participants. The methodology comprised the following stages:
  • Enriching the trust and openness in communication among participants.
  • Analysing the HR stakeholders and their interrelationships within the context of collaboration.
  • Building the desired capacity, added value and synergy of the HR function.
  • Creating models for enhanced collaboration and effective connections with other functions.

Results

The outcomes of the workshop laid the foundation for stronger collaboration and the practical realisation of a unified identity among the HR teams at Paysafe Bulgaria. Key achievements include:
  • Building a shared foundation: Establishing a common understanding of the current and desired identity of the whole HR function and its role within the overall collaboration process.
  • Guiding principles for success: Formulating clear and effective guiding principles for collaboration to ensure consistency and efficiency in daily work.
  • A supportive culture: Enhancing understanding of the importance of a collaborative culture and developing an approach that incorporates diverse perspectives and competencies across all HR functions.
  • A structured plan for continuous improvement: Developing a clear action plan with specific steps and timelines for further development and support of collaborative work and communication.
