The focus was on professionals actively involved in process management and committed to achieving high standards of efficiency and quality within the company.

Design

The design of the workshop was based on an initial analysis and the development of tailored content to ensure maximum relevance to Moto-Pfohe’s specific needs:

  • Increased awareness and enhanced skills in recognising and eliminating the seven types of waste, which boosted team efficiency and sharpened the focus on delivering value to the customer
  • Development of individual action plans by each participant, with specific objectives for applying the learning in the workplace
